In each hand there is a space of half a heart which together forms the hallel that the late Hanoch Perkel left behind him.
Hanoch was the deputy head of the council on a voluntary basis for over 15 years.
The white hands symbolize the purity of their actions in a posture of giving and thanks.
Thank you to the man for what he gave for the residents of Mezkeret Batia.
