The Victory Monument in Netanya is a monument in Netanya commemorating the victory of the Red Army over Nazi Germany in World War II. The monument was erected according to the decision of the Israeli government and with the cooperation of the Russian government.

The second part is made up of two tall white wings made of stone from the Jerusalem mountains that symbolize victory, hope and peace. The monument was designed by the Russian sculptor Salvat Shrebkov. Artistic design and execution by the Israeli sculptor Chen Winkler. The monument is located in front of the beach next to the "Yad Labanim" house. The monument was inaugurated in a state ceremony on June 25, 2012 with the participation of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, the President of the State of Israel Shimon Peres and the Mayor of Netanya, Miriam Fierberg.
